More than a decade ago, our organization — formerly known as Gamma Theta Omega, Inc. — created the PINK Carpet Gala with a simple but powerful mission: to raise funds that help college-bound youth in Hillsborough County pursue their educational dreams. As the organization grew, it became the Ivy Enrichment Foundation of Tampa Bay, Inc., and in 2024, its signature event was reimagined as the P.I.N.C. Carpet Scholarship Gala — a meaningful play on words that honors our legacy while embracing a deeper purpose: Purposefully Implementing Next-Level Change.

 

Rooted in more than 43 years of service to the Tampa Bay community, the organization has invested over $500,000 in scholarships to support students on their educational journeys. Today, the P.I.N.C. Carpet Scholarship Gala stands as the Foundation's premier fundraising event, bringing together community leaders, corporate partners, educators, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of impact. More than a celebration, the Gala serves as a catalyst for opportunity, generating critical scholarship funding and advancing programs that empower the next generation of leaders throughout the Tampa Bay community.
