When it comes to living with passion and purpose, Stakeholder Dionne Moragne shines as a true example. For the past 18 years, Dionne has served as an educator within Hillsborough County Public Schools—teaching Mathematics, mentoring as a Student Success Coach, and currently leading as Magnet Lead Teacher at Ferrell Girls Preparatory Academy. She lives the phrase “It takes a village” every day, going beyond the call of duty to prepare the next generation of leaders.
Yet Dionne’s impact extends far beyond the classroom. Known affectionately as “Primetime,” she brings joy and energy wherever she goes—whether serving as a Mistress of Ceremony, DJ, or leading a line dance class. Her gift for engaging and uplifting others is undeniable: she can hype up a crowd, inspire a classroom, and motivate teammates in a spin class or fellow runners at marathons. She embodies encouragement in motion, showing that wellness, music, and education all intersect in her life’s work.
Her passion for dance and music also reflects her deep commitment to community, making her a beloved figure at events where she ensures that everyone feels included.
Beyond her professional and community roles, Dionne finds joy in her family. She and her husband of 26 years, Altelio Moragne (a proud Kappa), have raised three remarkable children: Bryce, 26 (semi-pro basketball player, coach, and educator); Raigan, 22 (graduate student); and Taylor, 20 (aspiring veterinarian).
A proud member of the Gamma Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, as well as Allen Temple AME Church, Dionne lives her values of faith, family, and service. She is, in every sense, Primetime—inspiring, dynamic, and devoted to making a difference.
